I've been playing BF3 at 30FPS, and honestly it doesn't make any difference to me whatsoever. I think that most, if not all games are beyond playable at 30FPS.

For the most part, even 30 FPS is okay. If I'm playing a game and I'm getting 30 FPS constant, I'm pleased.
On the other hand if I'm playing a game and I'm getting 60+ FPS and it suddenly dips to 30 FPS I notice it and I can't stand it.
