Is Xbox normally like that with supended accounts? I hear that Xbox sorta goes with the 'You're suspended and you have nothing you can do about it.'

They are never like that, when they see a thread about someone crying over their ban or suspension, they just give them a reason.

Same thing happened to me. It's probably because you owe MS money. When I had gold on my account I used my 20$ prepaid card to pay for 2 months or so, however after 3/4 months with 0$ in my account it was still giving me live. Then the month after I go to play some halo and my account is suspended, and for a perfectly good reason. When you go over your months on live you have to call MS and ask how much money you owe, pay them, and then they'll unsuspend your account. I had to pay 21$ but it's fair really since I did get 3/4 months for free
