I don't know what exactly they are saying about it, but it does make the developers look a little lazy, particularly if the game is touted as "realistic". Health placement takes a lot of thought and time, and many developers don't want to deal with balancing issues of health.

I found a piece of hair in a relatively new container of ice cream, and it definitely doesn't belong to anyone in my family.
