I got written permission to use a particular song but shit gets thrown at me, I don't get customized thumbnails while the others do at an early stage. It's been 6 months already and I haven't got given that feature at all.

I have a [B]massive[/B] phobia of talking on the phone. It's even worse when I have to leave a message.
I had to call someone back to schedule a job interview, so I finally got the courage to call and she wasn't there. So I spent the next 30 mins rehearsing a message I could leave on her voicemail and eventually did that.
I don't know why I hate talking on the phone so much, it pisses me off.
