The second image is also Runescape which is more less a browser game. And at one point in many peoples lives myself included we were sucked into it.

There's two types of shitty graphics in games:
There's the games that just have shitty graphics, and there's the games that have 'shitty' graphics [I]on purpose[/I], yet too many people are too stupid to realize it.
I ruined a gameboy game case today, I had a spare blue one from a dodgy pokemon blue I had, so I thought I'd put my flashcart in it, give LSDJ a cool blue case. After spending 2 or so hours dremeling all kinds of holes and shit into it it turns out that the battery is to fat for me to put the front on, I try to sand down the case so it'll fit and end up going to far and making a hole in the front. I hate days like this.
There's like 25 cm (8.5 in) of snow outside and it's coming down pretty good.
I never liked winter and having to walk to class and to meals is a pain in the ass at times.
My birthday is in 12 days and I don't know what I want.

Having a styled/simplistic graphic design does not mean that it counts as bad graphics. I don't know why you bring up TWD because it's graphics are fine. It's funny that you use it as an example too because it has shit gameplay for a point and click.

Look, throw all the anti-aliasing and shit you want at a game, great, but that's not what matters most.
What matters is [i]aesthetic.[/i] How a game's style is matters more than it's graphical capabilities. Like, take Minecraft for example. The graphical capabilities aren't fantastic at all. But the game makes up for it with a really damn good aesthetic. Same for The Walking Dead, Super Meat Boy, Windwaker, and Super Mario World. It's what truly makes these game's appearances last, and why any of those look better to me than the latest Call of Duty, or Skyrim, or whatever.
