Well, if you shut down your brain during your whole reading period, you'll get some answers from the core arcs.
You can solve the whole thing having read just the question arcs if you think hard enough.

From Tea Party and [sp]the end of episode 1 it proved her existance.[/sp] I'm probably not far enough in to get to a bigger mystery. And as of yet I'm not sure that there's enough information to solve the epitaph riddle either.

well you're not very deep into the story so I guess that can be forgiven for now
the epitaph is solvable, but just in japanese, the way witch-hunt translated it makes it impossible, or rather, really hard for english speakers to solve the riddle
