Besides a few other respectable episodes you probably didn't miss too much

Fractale airs on Fridays on Japan at 12:45 am on Fuji TV.
Funimation releases Fractale a couple of hours after airing, and UTW usually releases either Thrusday night or Friday.

Consider the following:
I watched K-ON!! for a weekly dose of slice of life, but I wouldn't like to go through it after it aired, because K-ON's moe for me nonstop would make the overall experience much worse. Some series are better to watch while they're airing weekly.
