I like the games, they're pretty nice RPGs.
I remember watching the series when I was a kid, and eventually stopped watching it after they finished with the Johto region (Pokemon gold/silver, almost 10 years ago)

I'm watching it because instead of being the comic relief characters of the series, Team Rocket is finally taking their job seriously and actually trying to go after Pikachu and other pokemon, where as in the past seasons they were the stupidest characters in the series next to Satoshi. Also because it somewhat reminds me of the first season.
Best Wishes is a direct copy of Season 1, ie actually decent
