So I guess you could go with that and not really see much of a difference.
They went with Cr subs, with some edits (you can see what they changed on their site), karaoke for OP/ED, and the raw was encoded from a transport stream

I'm a fan of comedy in anime and I haven't laughed this hard in a while. And it is great compared to some of the other winter anime. Just my opinion.
