I live in Canada and where I am, we got about 2+ feet at -35C about a year or two ago and we didn't even get a snow day, my school board sucks. I also don't take the buss so I still had to go.

Nope, just freezing winds and rain. Winds are up to 70 miles per hour according to the weather report and it sure sounds like it too. I hope it snows soon though.
No, unfortunately it rarely [del]rains[/del] where I live in Oregon. Most we normally get is freezing rain and occasionally a light dusting of snow which quickly melts and turns back to rain. (Not that rain is bad, we just get rain the rest of the year anyways. Snow in winter is a nice change of pace.)
