Can I get banned from steam for having a cartoon featuring hitler with a swastika on his armband as

A friend of mine had his profile locked for several months when he used a swastika as his avatar. They'll only do it if people report you though

Sorry for bringing the topic up again but for those who were wondering what happened, Steam support didn't help me at all.

They just replied "This topic is no longer up for discussion" and didn't say anything further.

Since then, I've been using the hitler cartoon with the steam logo on the armband.

Today I logged on to my steam account just to find out they had removed it.
