I don't know much about megaman, but from the second picture it looks like they're being controlled via sticks rather than being worn like armour. They're awesome, but I'd say they're mechs rather than power armour.

This, your average marine is eight or nine feet tall and some of them, like Abbadon, are so large they need special suits of armor made for them, usually out of Terminator bits.
