Well, just don't watch it unless your bi or something.
I suggest watching FMA, wait a month, then watch Brotherhood. They're both excellent anime's and they start off the same and then FMA archs off into a different story, while Brotherhood sticks to the manga.

Watching Angel Beats is completely optional, but I would still recommend it.
You know, somehow i really can't follow the conversations here 90% of the time.
Maybe it's because i have a narrower like section in general anime.
