How nice, must have been quite a different experience from my end of school. We had a ~70-80 people party where we all just gathered on an out-of-the-way field to get obscenely drunk then get chased off by the farmer after a few hours, and then move onto a different field. Man those were some great times.

Love Hina and Elfen Lied got me and a shit load of others into anime. What are you talking about?
Elfen Lied is a classic (and obviously over-used) example to break peoples pre-judging of anime always being about huge eyed girls talking in super high pitched voices and saving the world with magic, or naked muscular men shouting at each other for 10 minutes before they blow up the world.
It's always funny how most people can ONLY suggest Elfen Lied as an example of blood in anime. They have absolutely no other alternatives to give out examples from.
