Well then, I'm off to a new reformat and re-installment of Windows. This time it should go okay. But that depends on how willing the sound card drivers are in co-operating and work correctly. (Pretty much the main reason all this shit happened as everything was okay before that, except for the super artifacted tearing problem that suddenly happened in MPC.)
