Yeah man, rank 9562 sure is awesomely well ranked. Especially when the popularity is as "high" as #1703.
I still don't get it how you only account for the number when it is really oh so fucking hard for it drop below 7 in the first place.

With a rank of 956 combined with a popularity rank of 1703 it's not all that bad though probably bad. But obviously you need to take into account of what show it is, if you like those kind of shows or not, does it sound good even though you like/dislike it? Is this a kind of show that is easily hated by people (Kanokon and Dokuro-chan for example)? etc etc.
