Ok, we'll start off with the most perverted then to least.
Wanko to kurasou- another h-game. Has some dogs and cats in it.
Yume miru kusuri- an h-game that has tons of scenes. I don't know about the story though.
Saya no Uta- an h-game. The story really isn't centered around scenes. This game is gory, so beware.
Ef- I haven't played this so I wouldn't know. Apparently, it has a great story line and it also has some scenes.
Fate Stay/night- Great story line, meh scenes. I think there's about... 6 scenes in the whole game.
Katawa Shoujo- meh story line, meh graphics, no scenes.
Ever 17- great story line, sucky graphics, sucky music, no scenes.
Planetarian- okay story line, great graphics, no scenes.
True Remeberance- hmm.. warm story line, no scenes.
If all you're trying to do is fap, then I'd recommend Wanko to kurasou or Yume miru kusuri
