I complain about him posting a K-ON picture because it sucks (well the show itself is alright, but pictures of it is getting annoying) and I would rather want Touhou pictures than K-ON pictures.

Why do I keep getting the feeling every time I make an avatar it looks low quality, and there's nothing I can do about it.

Because you suck at making avatars. Why is his head and hair tips cut off? Why does he have ugly fucking drop shadow? Why haven't you sharpened the image? Why isn't it cut out correctly? (white edges)
