It doesn't make sense. People appear and disappear with no explanation. Locations jump all over the place with no explanation. People reference other people who haven't appeared or places and events they haven't been to or seen yet.

mkvmerge GUI.
You can have multiple audio tracks that you simply throw into a video container (.avi or .mkv are video containers which contains audio and video).
You can check and uncheck what you want and don't want to be the end result. So you can remove the audio file and replace it with another.
Hell, you can throw in a whole anime season in one video file if you want. Will be a bit messy to watch properly though since you have to change video track everytime you want to watch a new episode.
I did this with Hellsing Ultimate once. One video had better video quality, another had better subs and sound. So I merged them together.
