What? I've been throwing out real arguments for VLC being a piece of crap for over a year now. And you haven't listened to any of it.

VLC doesn't properly support subtitles, it still fucks them up bigtime at times.
It blurs the video too much.
It makes artifacts all over the video whenever you skip through the video.
It hogs huge amounts of resources compared to real players.

It takes you 30 seconds to get a new and better player. I don't see why you are so stubborn on keeping a piece of crap when you can have a mansion.
VLC is like a movie crew consisting of one man doing everything by himself. It's possible, but the movie will suck balls and have many technical issues.
Instead of hiring an actor that can act it pretends that it is an actor, it saves money after all.
So I finally finished GiTS 2nd Gig after six months of putting it off. Holy shit what a show. My favorite one. Waaay better than the first season. Great story, great animation, great music, shit it's awesome. The climax was a BIT of a let down, but forgivable since I don't know how else they'd pull it off.
I also like how the writers managed to sneak in references and little reenactments of the first movie and chapters of the manga. Especially the last three minutes of the last episode. I really do hope Production I.G. puts out a third season.
