We have a local restaraunt down here owned by a Vietnamese couple which has alot of different asian-style foods. Also, if you're ever in a restaraunt that serves Gui Cuon, get it. It's like an eggroll, but it's not fried/cooked, it's wrapped in rice paper, and it's pretty much an eggroll sized salad with shrimp or chicken, served with a lemon-tasting sauce.

Anyway, Taco Bell offers none of the comforts of actual Mexican food. If you ever go to a Mexican restaurant that has ground beef or pre-packaged hard shelled tacos it's not really Mexican food. Go get some good tamales (tamal is the singular) and ditch the hard shelled crap.
By the way this is not me being elitist, what Taco Bell is actually "Americanized Mexican food". Nowhere in Mexico do they eat that garbage.

That's orzo, risotto is actually rice which is slow cooked in a mixture of water and brother until the grains become roughly 5 times their size and you have a porridge like texture. Peasant food, but it's fucking great.
