I'm extremely afraid of the effect that the death of a loved one has on people; I've experienced it once and I don't want anyone else to have to go through that.

I suffer from a lot of anxiety and stress and also have tinnitus from watching a ton of YouTube videos with headphones on the summer I found out about it.

I'm not sure if you get it, but that's how I had an epiphany one day in kindergarten, and it seemed much simpler than the way other people seemed to do it.

When I am with friends or around familiar people, part of my consciousness just turns itself off, I tell things that I know I shouldn't, or even those I don't want to. I can't think straight, hell, I don't think about what I do at all. Once I get some time alone, I think it over and usually regret those episodes.
