I'm a vegetarian slowly merging to vegan.
Yes because my religion forces me to. But I break it anyways sometimes.
I eat meat, basically animals eat eachother, it's nature. I don't believe in killing anything unless it is for food or in self defence (excluded from this are paracites, I take great pleasure in killing those. Bacteria and virus' don't count either). I personally think that things killed for food though should be treated as good as possible while alive (which is why we get free-range products) and killed humanely.
I don't care if someone wants to be a vegetarian, it's their life and their choice. Doesn't matter to me. Just don't go screeching and protesting at me.

Eating meat provides essential things your body NEEDS. Producing them artificially is not right.

Eating dogs isn't illegal, it's just frowned upon as well as eating other animals that may be considered pets in the rest of the world.

Even the tribes in Vanuatu don't eat their pets.
They have their hunting/pet dogs, then they have their dogs that they eat.

Vegan or Vegetarian is NOT an option for me.
I think this would have gotten more yes if it asked "are you a vegetable?"
