Stygian blue. It's an "[URL="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impossible_color"]impossible color[/URL]" that you can only see after focusing on one color, then looking at another. It's impossibly blue and black at the same time.

Stare into the skull in the middle of this image, then wait for it to switch to black. You'll see the stygian blue ring around it.
