People have a tendency to react to things that hit closer to home. It's natural for someone to be emotionally affected by something so close to them.
Some people will think this is okay, others will say "Well why is this okay and that isn't?"
There are obviously double standards with stuff like this, and I believe that jokes about tragedies should never be considered funny, and yet sometimes they are.
But one could at least have the decency to wait a few days before joking about it. It's just common sense that people will be offended. I banned those two users for being insensitive but it was at my discretion. Another moderator could disagree with what I did if they wanted to.
Anyways, enough.
