Late, I know, but it's a picture filtered with a program called Gmask. Practically nonexistant in 2011, but it's still in use for sharing porn/etc. Not a virus.
Basically, you run the program with an image, and click a whole bunch of random buttons that spam filters on it. To find the original using the filtered image, you need to click all of the buttons in the reverse order that it was made with. Most of the time, the image will be broken into chunks, and you need to solve each one individually to "unlock" another chunk.

Fred dieing does not magically remove ALL the happy memories he has had with George, the sadness may mean for a while the sad ones are prominent, but the happy times are still there, and will be more prominent as grieving goes on.
