Improvement, by a ton. May I suggest using a custom path - circle to make the circles on the eyes? They suffer from skewed blockishness. Other than that pretty good. I'd suggest fix up the neck sleeve of the shirt, it kinda floats out like a thin paper leaf instead of being connected with the rest of the shirt. I would also suggest making the knot on the tie a bit rounder and give it some shading to make it look like it actually is knot.
