I did, it's basically about a little organization made up of people with superpowers (yes). I think they're contracted by some chinese party and are sent to rescue some politician, that was first episode anyways, but not much is told in it.

Nobody has in any way called the ending for Toradora confusing. Only not satisfying and generic. And a lot of people were dumb enough to believe they wouldn't end up being together.
