Isn't KEY the one making the story? The guys who made Clannad? I would expect a pretty story since they can fully deal with supernatural stuff now and did a pretty good job on Clannad. Also there will be only 13 episodes, so the story will need to advance much faster.

Agreed, but I would still rather watch a 24 episode show where the progress develops a bit slower, and with more humor to kill time in between

Just finished watching Ep2 of Angle Beats, I'd have to say that the plot is definitly advancing too fast.
I still find Tenshi to be too innocent looking to be the villan in this series
