yeah i downloaded cccp ages ago, then it didnt work so i downloaded k-lite mega pack, which told me to uninstall cccp, but then i reinstalled cccp after that. I'm trying to convert a .mkv w/ softsubs to a .avi with hardsubs

Finally, after many many retries, I finally got to the end of UBW in the visual novel of F/SN.

It still gets an error. Even with CCCP. I think it's something to do with subs, because everytime i tell it to convert subs, it just fucks up.
