Had no internet for two days since I were at my moms and yadda yadda so I finished Saki and watched Toaru Majutsu no Index and it was incredible.

Yes oh fuck yes you should watch it. And also the other series that came before it like the original Macross, Macross Zero (atleast this one if you decide to watch frontier, because an entire ep of frontier is dedicated into the events of Zero plus it's a great albeit short OVA series)

No. But we did hold our expectations high up because it was KEY, I find that to be a really logical expectation when you have liked all their previous works.
And really, Angel Beats could probably work out quite well (Maybe it even will later, but it sure doesn't look like it, but that's why one has the "watch 3-4 episodes before deciding" rule) if a DIFFERENT, PROPER studio made it. A studio that knows what the fuck they are doing. That knows how a face looks, how you hold things properly, what music is and knows how to make things actually funny. Not to forget, knows how to make som fucking proper logic. Anime does in no way need to be realistic, but you don't have to deny all forms of logic and common sense, because that's something completely different.

Fuck you, BF1942, Vietnam, 2142, and Bad Company 2 are great games. Just because the first three I listed have been patched to high heaven doesn't mean they aren't high quality or unplayable.
