People couldn't even play the fuck game at times, and it could take weeks or months before a patch fixing it came up.

Bad Company and Bad Company 2 is fucking excellent. Though they do make the 40mm grenade, Carl Gustav and the M60 way too good and tempting for people to use for gay kills.

No. I didn't play it at wrong times, it's not my kind of game, it's that simple. My dad plays Project Reality, but I personally don't find the fun in playing things that are too realistic.
I'm not going to try it because I'm not forking out money for yet another Battlefield game.

No. That's completely wrong. The 40mm grenade is almost impossible to miss with and is a one-hit kill. You have to hit a guy 4-8 times before they are dead with a regular gun (depends on the damage it deals), and the moment they spot you you are dead so you don't have time to deal those 4-8 hits before he poofed you with a 40mm.
The Carl Gustaf bazooka has a pretty darn good blast radius making you a dead man if they are 10 meters away from you or behind a wall (this goes for the 40mm too, but this is more of a fun part of the game anyways, so I'm not bitching much about that). It's a bit harder to aim with though so it's not as gay as the 40mm, but it's pretty much the same thing.
The M60 machine gun for the medic is overpowered to hell, I love it myself but really, it's fucking crazy. A machine gun SHOULD NOT be able to DUEL SNIPERS and WIN, especially not when shooting constantly, not in bursts.

I use cover. They blow it up, that's what the 40mm and carl gustav does. They blow your cover up to hell. Stand behind a wall, they shoot at the wall because they might have spotted your helmet through a window (or they just blow it up for fun), you're dead.
I only rage at things when it's valid. I don't rage at things that are purely my fault, like running out in an open battlefield and die.

Of course you do. If you get hit by a shot in real-life you fall over, and most likely die too, but you don't see that happening without a headshot.
And don't tell me to go to a hardcore server, they remove all forms of teamplay. I'd like to see a hybrid, map spotting and all that but one-shot kills.

uh no that's your imagination now, not only while running with M60 makes your character run slower, accuracy for it goes way down
