Accuracy for running is close to perfect. Have you even tried the M60? Run, aim, shoot and kill.
Also running slower is only if you aim with right click. No need for that for the most times.

25 damage medium to long range. ~33 damage close range.
It takes 4-5 hits in long range to kill. 3-4 shots in close range to kill.
You have 100 shots to fire for each magazine.

well my experience is different anyways, so I really don't have much of a call, but literally Medics are the easiest class to defeat for me, they're predictable, out in the open, the OpFor Medic has a big red cap you can see literally from a mile away, I love their reputation of being overpowered so most people pick them, and I just pick them off easily as Assault or Recon
which is why it doesn't need a nerf it's rambo, John Rambo owned people in the films, m60 people should too

I always laugh at how when you fire an M60 or similar weapon full auto in MGS3 and 4 Snake will yell like Rambo.

I find the medics to be just as much out in the open as any other class. I usually lay down in sniper positions or hide inside buildings or run around in places where there are no enemies.
As for the red cap, I always think it is the enemy no matter what team I am on. Quite annoying. Why does the one team have a hat on their medic and the other not? It's an advantage for the other team visually as you easilier know who you should take out first to ensure that the enemies you see stay dead.
