Back when I was in secondary the school cut funding on the industrial arts department and shifted it all into the English department.
So the English department was getting about £20,000 compared to the Industrial Arts departments £700 a year. So they complained that it was the teacher's fault when they discovered that our auto maintenance and wood shops were using outdated tools.
Oh, and I just heard from me baby sis they cut the budgets again. Industrial Arts is expected to run on £500 a year, and the humanities class is still using economics textbooks from 1996.

-pc let down pretty bad: v-sync and fov only changeable via .ini file, annoying mouse smoothing, crashes frequently especially above 60fps
-base building is redundant because there's a perfect base already given to you with a special utility that no other base can have
-low depth in sandbox, many saying it feels pretty 'on rails'
-zero choice until ending ala mass effect
-various todd howard e3 lies

-The fov surprisingly isn't bothering me but I would like to change it, yeah. I have yet to crash and I've played for 7 hours straight, I haven't had any issues with the mouse smoothing
-can't say anything on this as I haven't bothered with settlement building yet
-As in the game feels on rails? I'm 7 hours in and the last part of the story I've done was to visit Diamond City, I've been doing nothing but sidequests
