Arguably, any dev who's selling a full priced game and hastily tacked on microtransaction on the side. It's the new "Pre-owned games are killing the industry! Use this online pass guys!" approach to fund the day 1 patches that need to be released before the game is playable. God I miss the days when games were sold in their final state and not this "needs a patch" or "content is locked on the disk" nonsense.
