Hang on there actually is a spawnable weapon for this? Normally you get 3 beacons from a certain mission to call those in. I can see Bethesda just spawning in an npc with that weapon and fire it if you request one. Needless to say, the call in method and explosion you receive is pretty much meh.

In context of that copyright claim from a couple of pages ago, is it a reference to that one hacker who turned a hexadecimal code for some sony anti-piracy stuff that he was ordered by court not to reveal into a frosting on a cake and then posted it online?
