The Last Airbender for example had a beach episode, a cringy [sp]episode where Aang for some reason stole letters addressed to Katara and Sokka[/sp], another cringy [sp]episode where they blend into a firenation school for some reason[/sp] and more.

I actually really like the idea. I had a similar one myself but more in a wiki format with color coded values that tells you not only the type of episode (plot related/filler), but also whether the episode is just straight up good or not (some filler episodes can be great imo) along with special categories for specific kinds of episodes (like the Holodeck stuff from TNG because I actually like that stuff). Along with justifications and summaries of the episode because I've just noticed that the blog says to skip some pretty fun episodes but they never tell you that they might be fun to watch.
For such a large task, a blog is probably the worst way to go about it, you'd need something far more organized.
