the script's aren't his, they're just proof of concept (and only partially achieve what they do in the story)

I am a weeaboo, and about six months ago, I started watching Yugioh, not expecting myself to get into it at all. However, as the series progressed, I found myself feeling further and further infatuated with Seto Kaiba. Before long, I was thinking about him nonstop. After several weeks of trouble in school and the like since I could only focus on him, I came to the conclusion that I was in love with him.
So there you have it: I'm in love with Seto Kaiba. All of my fantasies center around him, and I cannot stand the idea of being with anyone else. I know he is not real, however, and this very fact troubles me more each day. Certainly you must know of a way for me to not only make him real, but for him to fall as deeply in love with me as I have with him. I know that, this being facepunch, you'll probably only respond to this with "weeaboo curly eyebrows", "he's a big guy" and the like, but if anyone here still does have a shred of humanity within them, please help me. There is nothing I want more than to be with him.

From my understanding (and looking into it) the guy the story is about left snippets of code (which is why they posted what the scripts did in detail), but they weren't published on the original Russian blog this was translated from.
The GitHub ones are more proof of concept/templates created by someone who saw the blogpost originally (it's in the comments of the imgur post and the blog itself) and decided to re-create them to show they were possible (proof of concepts in essence). They're in a working state (most of the time) so you could add the rest in if you wanted to make it 'authentic' to the story, or even change it for your own needs.
