is there a list of all the anime on hulu plus that isn't shit?
i was overjoyed to see they have claymore... as netflix instant took it off. they have like no anime anymore.
even with ads hulu is worth it. they have serial experiments lain ffs and ergo proxy.
also is there any meaning at all to the credits of monster? or is it just a bunch of random fairy tale looking pictures?
also i got through like 12 episodes of monster in two days. i thought it was just 30. turns out it's 72 episodes. this is going to be fucking epic.

it was also chock full of gainax mecha references, even more so than the previous episodes

Everything remains the same, with the exception of Chloe, who was an anime original character that filled the same role as the light novel's character, Yarei. I believe you should at least buy volume 4 which fills in the gap between Amarty's arc and when Lawrence and Holo meet Eve (forgot the name of the city). Skip 5 if you want and just buy 6 and 7.
An IRL friend I have used to only watch Naruto, but I got him to watch other stuff like Psycho-Pass and Steins;Gate and some manga and now he's a lot more bearable when it comes to anime.
I tried to get a friend of mine who only watched DBZ into some newer stuff. He hated GiTS, black laggon, and refused to watch macross among many others, but he loved Highschool of the dead and Vipers creed.

I got him to watch Higurashi. He told me he covered the screen with his hand and turned the volume down when he saw the [sp]nail-ripping scene[/sp].
