there are actually some people that preferred the original anime, one of the big reasons was because it was a more thematically similar arrangement of goethe's faust than the manga/brotherhood was

Yea, i didn't think [sp]there was a big enough time jump, although they went from like 16-24 or something,[/sp] so I guess that works.
but why did [sp]satoru[/sp] come back now, when they were gone for at least quite a bit of time. They just conveniently show up. So dumb.
I like how the story is basically told from the point of view of an [sp]oppressive regime[/sp], who you're supposed to relate to. All the meanwhile the [sp]opressed rebel faction[/sp] is doing whatever it can to [sp]gain freedom[/sp].
