I don't see what's wrong with using stock faces if the comic creator drew the originals (most mainstream cartoons on the telly use similar faces for multiple characters; look at the simpsons from the very beginning, etc)
And I thought that the miscarriage sequence was part of a serious storyline, which would mean there's nothing wrong with publishing it; we shouldn't be dancing around the subject and pretending it's not a real thing

At the end of the day it still had a readership, and that readership obviously enjoyed what they were getting. I get that it's not some people's cup of tea but there's no contractual obligation that if you use the internet you have to read the comic. I guess I just don't understand the whole 'wohoo it's cancelled' from people who don't even see it

The jokes weren't funny, and it was too wordy. They could easily cut the words and it would have the same effect. The story is fucking batshit insane and makes no sense. It tries too hard.
I can understand if someone really wanted a serious story-oriented comic, but this just isn't that. It's a pile of shit.

Zeke (His xbox robot) was tempted by an xbox gamecube (Both made by the main character) to take over the world and does. Wow, what a cop out. I mean, it truely is a terrible way to end one of the first majorly known gaming comics. I understand that years ago the comic changed from being a "gaming comic" to "a comic with some games" and buckley focused more on serious stories but i mean this ending is just absolutely horrendous on multiple levels. For one, it still had a lot of focus on games, but where are the games here? Secondly there is absolutely no closure of any sort, every single character but except for 2 are not shown. What about Lucas? What about Scott? We just know that Ethan dies, and everyone else in his universe carries on roughly the same as they did before.

Out of everything bad something good comes.
CAD always was the reeking rotten compost which, utterly disgusting on it's own, served as a fertile ground for all the parody that grew out of it and which in turn served as the true entertainment for us.
This video is the epitome of this, the beautiful climax of ridiculing of the filth, which, irredeemable on it's own, was redeemed by others in a rather roundabout, ironic way.
