In Plague Inc you can choose which country to start in and the countries don't go into instant lockdown as soon as someone coughs.

Friend of mine is exactly like that.
Although he does go out way more than me, he's still more relatable to Ronnie than anyone else I know.

The Ronnie in my school was the grandson of the CEO of Little Ceasers and the Detroit redwings/tigers.
He was a little shit and his parents kept sending him to wilderness, I think hes their now at the age of 18, its hilarious.
