Nintendo Power was like my bible. I'd buy it, and LIVE that issue. For weeks. I'd read it over and over and over and over and over. I didn't care what was in it. I loved to read about what was new with Nintendo.

Not for me. Not for that eager 10 year old me. For him, Nintendo Power was his one stop stop for everything he wanted to know about his favorite hobby. Think the internet had all the answers? Hell no, bwoooy! Magazines were there. Asking your buddies on the playground how you get the Zora king to open his fat mouth was another way, but less reliable.
I'm just saying, that magazine was a prominent part of my childhood, and it actually really depresses me to see it go.
