Actually I liked the one before as soon as it was introduced.
New one sucks, 40% of my screen is blank white space. Why the fuck is everything aligned to the left side?
The new youtube layout actually doesn't bother me [i]too[/i] much, considering I always have my browser window scaled to roughly half the screen, so I can play games/movies on the other side.
But man I hate having to keep going to Subscriptions/View Uploads, I don't care what people liked.

The vast majority of sites that have mobile-optimised versions can detect if a person is browsing from their phone, it seems utterly silly/lazy to use the mobile version for both.
Tbh I was fine with the previous layout as soon as it went into effect.
