We were sort of over all of our creations. We saw them pass away and we buried them decently under new content. Now we watch as the rest of the world (fucking necrophiliacs) plays with their corpses, misinterpreting scars and deforming their bodies.
But mostly we're pissed off because after so much effort in trying to explain to them why its so awesome and not being recognized for it, they suddenly find it when we're over it, and THEN it blows up.

Most reliable Kickstarters provide a plan explaining why they need the money and where it will go. It's like donating to any fundraiser, you should see if the people are reliable before giving your money. Kickstarter itself doesn't step in unless you're breaking the rules (i.e. "fund my life" projects, using the money for something else that is blatantly unrelated, etc.). Stupid people do stupid things with their money.
