Del Toro loved Glados (or atleast her voice) so when he made the movie[B] he went and asked Valve[/B] if he could use Glados and get the voice actresses' information. So I'm sure Valve gave him the post processing information too.
Whats wrong with it anyway? It's an awesome robot voice and it is neat that Del Toro likes Glados enough for him to want her voice in his movie

This makes me sad because from how good it looks, I will never be able to take those parts serious. The voice sounds so out of place. It almost sounds dubbed from how out of place it is.
They even got the counting the exact same.
