And it doesn't exactly matter which one is more popular overall (they're both great, popular games) - far more people associate the phrase with UT, not CS.
Also, the joke isn't even funny. It's just replacing some word that vaguely sounds like "feel" with "feel" and throwing a B-list rageface on it. You need some actual link to "that feel" (whatever, exactly, "that feel" is) to be remotely funny.
