I was just lurking around on Rationalwiki and have come to an conclusion: Parts of it is correct, parts of it (namely about the subjects of Cryptozoology and Global warming scepticism) is about as rational and scientific as the Creationists. It seems like the people who are writing articles on that site is one of those who follow what I call "Corrupt Science", they tend to see it as "If the current theories say so, it's absolutely and utterly true with no way to disprove (or improve) any theories". That goes completely against the basic principle of science, "Nothing is completely proven, anything can be disproved". These blokes are in some cases just bashing on anyone who try to use evidence to disprove their theories, something that is called Science. Tl;Dr: Rationalwiki isn't very rational.
