I lost like 35 pounds that way. I used to be about 180. Now I'm 145. I did absolutely nothing. I'm TOO skinny now.

yeah i'm really surprised, and quite happy actually, i've just gradually started eating less, my sleeping pattern is weird so I don't get hungry in the day, and I only eat at around 5-7pm at night.

I would stop doing it if I were you though, eating once a day is very unhealthy and having a random sleeping pattern makes it much worse.
