IE 6 On a more serious note, Chrome.
How come no one has said Opera. Speed Dial is the most useful (and distracting) tool i've ever used on a browser. For some reason, Chrome just doesn't cut it for me. Also, Opera has wicked skins.
Chrome dev version
Opera: It's features are great and very easy to use. It has a simple and sexy design. It's the world's fastest.
I like chrome, it's fast, it looks good, it's uncluttered, the options are simple and useful, and it's got good web standards compliance. I'm also a big fan of the single bar for URLs/searches/history and the new tab page. Users who like extensibility will prefer Firefox (even though Chrome and some other browsers have plugin support now too), Firefox also has the advantage of having a great shaer of the market, making some websites choose to optimize for it, or simply not be available for other browsers (like the Battlefield heroes game, only runs in Firefox or IE). Opera feels clunky to me, and although it has some nifty features, most of them are unecessary, at least to me. (Seriously, who uses Unite?) As for other browsers, I can't really say as I haven't used them, and the opinions expressed above are just that : opinions. Your best bet is to force yourself to use each browser that you feel you might like for a week or two, and decide which one felt the best for you. (I just got ninja'd by CrumbleShake, and as you can see, we disagree, so your only real way of knowing which is best, is to try them out.)
Opera: It's features are great and very easy to use. It has a simple and sexy design. It's the world's fastest.
Chrome 9 is the fastest, but opera is the fastest non-dev, stable version released.
